Debby is licensed as a REALTOR Associate and holds a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. She is a member of Tarvin's prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club and is currently responsible for new agent field training.

Debby, a lifetime Ridgewood resident, often has clients remark on her wealth of area knowledge, her detailed virtual tours and home descriptions, and her professional marketing skills.

Debby’s strong knowledge of our community comes from her multi-generational experience in Ridgewood. She and her husband, Dr. Michael Monroe, Jr., raised three sons in town. Widowed in 1999, she later married Roy Tarvin, founder and president of Tarvin Realtors, and today plays an integral role in the success of the firm.

Prior to her real estate career, Debby worked as a registered nurse in hospitals, as an office manager in private practices, and alongside her brother, Dr. William J. Muster, Jr., a prominent Ridgewood pediatrician for many years. She has also been a principal actor in many commercials and infomercials.

In the Ridgewood community, Debby has served as president of the Somerville Home & School Association, chairperson of the Valley Hospital Ball, and producer of the Ridgewood High School Jamboree.
